These terms govern the use of asquelch.com. By registering or using the services, you agree to the following provisions.
We provide a digital platform for creative projects, design workflows, and modern online experiences. The specific functions and available tools are described in the respective scope of services. A claim to specific functions exists only if they have been expressly agreed upon contractually.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own purposes. It is prohibited to use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. In particular, cryptocurrency transactions, gambling, hacking, or malware distribution are forbidden.
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for data loss is limited to the cost of restoration.
We aim for an availability of 99.5% on an annual average. For planned maintenance work, we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance. Outside of these times, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical disruptions or force majeure. There is no claim for damages in these cases.
Both parties may terminate the usage relationship at any time without stating reasons. In the event of a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to immediately block access. After termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation exists.
We reserve the right to change these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
